Wind Damage

A boatload of rain and then 50+ mph winds made for a scary situation. The lights flickered and went off and on several times but luckily we never lost power.

This is a group of pinetrees on the ranch. More than half of them were blown down.

An invitation

Today bishop extended an invitation for Jody and I to attend the temple prep class during the second block of meetings. I am so excited. I have been waiting to take this class for a long time and I think it may be a good thing for Jody. Bishop said he would talk to him about it but I went ahead and told Jody. He was actually supportive. His only complaint was that now he'll only get a one hour nap in the van during church. I'm hoping this is a step forward for us.

2 months old

Sawyer is smiling more everyday. Talk about melt my heart! He's growing up too fast. If there is anything the other two kids have taught me, it's to treasure every moment. Before I know it they will all be grown up and off to college.
