Spelling Lessons
A new dog has taken up residents at the IL's house. They already have three dogs, two of which were strays. They chased the dog off once but it returned again two days ago. It must not be shy because it's been sleeping in Black Dog's doghouse. Poor Black Dog hasn't set foot in it since the dog's first visit. While visiting the IL's house last night Elvin told me that he is going to have to S-H-O-O-T the D-O-G because it has the mange real bad and that explains why it stinks so awful. They don't want Olivia to know because she might get upset. Just then Olivia turns around and says, "Are you going to kill that dog?" I guess they didn't know she's been taking spelling lessons.

I loved this story. I read it to chuck and he did too. You have a bright one there. YOu'll have to learn morse code like mom and dad and beep to each other now when you don't want her to overhear.
